Terms And Conditions

  • The Hire fee is a standard rate of £20 per bit for 60 days, limited to 3 bits per customer.

  • To ensure that you are not charged , please return all bits in good condition and be aware that whilst in your possession, it is your responsibility to keep them safe from loss or theft.  If you cannot return the bit, you will be charged the full RRP.

  • Bitting Utopia cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to bits whilst in transit for return, therefore we highly recommend using a courier/postal service that can track them.

  • Bits that are returned damaged or not fit for purpose will be charged at full RRP.

  • Your 60 day trial period begins with the date on the delivery envelope.  Most customers will receive their bits within 2 business days.

  • The latest date of return to avoid charges, will be 60 days from the date of dispatch.

  • Please allow enough time for whichever service is used for the bits to be returned in a timely manner to avoid extra costs.

  • Late returns - each bit that is returned after the 60 day  period will be charged at the RRP.

  • Please don't forget to take into account any public/bank holidays when scheduling returns.

  • Any bit that you wish to keep after the trial period will be charged less the hire fee.

  • Bits that need returning, please send to: Bitting Utopia, Highfield Farm, Walshford, Wetherby, LS22 5HT.
